WITHIN 5 MIN FROM OBTAINING START UP CLEARANCE (ASAT).
- IF NO PUSH BACK OR TAXI REQUESTED AT ASAT+5, TSAT WILL EXPIRE,
AND A NEW TOBT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE FLIGHT TO BE INCLUDED IN
